Job summary

Nebius seeks a delivery-focused Security Operations Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the Global SOC Operation program within the Cyber Security PMO. This role drives five workstreams from design to improvement, coordinating with SOC, IT, Legal, Privacy, HR, Finance, and CISO leadership to ensure timely milestones and clear ownership.

Responsibilities include planning via Jira, maintaining program boards, and producing concise status updates for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project/program management in complex tech environments.
• Ability to decompose ambiguous objectives into executable workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle across all workstreams with clear ownership and milestones.
• Plan and track in Jira; keep program board accurate and executive-ready.
• Identify and mitigate cross-workstream dependencies; maintain RAID log with actions.
• Coordinate governance across SOC, IT, Legal, Privacy, HR, Finance, and CISO leadership.
• Produce concise status reporting for Head of PMO and CISO; surface decisions and next steps.
