Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a 3rd-shift alarm monitoring professional to provide global 24/7 security monitoring and dispatching. You will respond to alarms, manage calls and emails, and ensure incident escalation while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace at the Redmond SOC.

The role requires strong teamwork, calm under pressure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. U.S. citizenship or right to work is required; remote work is not offered for this position.

• Security, military, law enforcement, or emergency services experience. (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide alarm and incident monitoring and dispatching, emergency and non-emergency security messaging, and incident escalation, globally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Respond to alarm events and answer incoming calls regarding customer alarms quickly and efficiently.
• Action / respond to both internal / external customer emails.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and effectively in a professional manner.
• Follow through and take ownership on all inquiries where possible.
• Work unsupervised and maintain professionalism.
• Contribute to a well-staffed, safe and healthy workplace; comply with SOPs, safety, and incident reporting.
• Model the Transformation Code of Conduct (CoC).
