Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a SOC Operator to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed radio monitoring, event logging and recording, and emergency dispatch.

You will monitor intrusion alarms, analyze incidents, and assist with incident reporting and remote alarm panel programming. The role is full-time with a Sun–Thu grave shift from 23:00 to 07:30.

Responsibilities

• Monitor law enforcement radio and log events.
• Manage alarm monitoring and emergency dispatch.
• Analyze incidents and document reports.
• Program remote alarm panels as needed.
