Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical research experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving business outcomes.
• Experience managing teams in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and influence at senior leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the Site Budgets & Payments Operational Excellence capability and stewardship for end-to-end budget and payment processes.
• Lead end-to-end process stewardship across Site Budgets and Site Payments including governance and analytics.
• Establish globally consistent end-to-end process architecture and change control, with regional variations.
• Lead the Regional Support Model and onboarding to implement country requirements.
• Build organizational capability through training, communications, and change strategies.
• Steward the integrated business process and systems roadmap for budget and payment operations.
• Gather and reconcile requirements with leadership and translate into integrated solutions.
