Job summary

MSD in North Wales, PA seeks a leader to own Site Budgets & Payments Operational Excellence, driving end-to-end process stewardship and global governance across budgets and payments. You will standardize architectures, coordinate analytics, and enable regional and country adaptations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of clinical trial financial operations.
• Experience managing teams and driving operational performance in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to leverage data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Site Budgets & Payments Operational Excellence capability.
• Lead end-to-end process stewardship across Site Budgets and Site Payments, including governance and analytics.
• Establish globally consistent end-to-end process architecture and change control.
• Lead the Regional Support Model and onboarding to ensure regional readiness.
• Build organizational capability through training, communications, onboarding, and change strategies.
