• Build strategic relationships across country, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Promote risk-based governance and empower country/regional teams.
• Use data, market intelligence, and insights to guide priorities and decisions.
• Partner to define requirements, analytics, training, and governance for outcomes.
• Represent Regional Operations in governance forums and cross-functional partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standard of care in budgeting.
