Job summary

E EnerSys in Reading, PA is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Planning to lead the SIOP process and translate demand outlook into actionable supply plans across regions. You will drive inventory targets and service levels while improving planning maturity and governance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to ensure aligned forecasts, capacity, and working capital optimization. This role requires strong leadership and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Advanced degree or APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• 7+ years in supply planning, demand planning, or SIOP.
• Strong ability to analyze forecasts and drive improvements.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/Infor or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide global SIOP leadership with cross-functional participation.
• Review demand plans and translate into executable supply plans.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align risks and opportunities.
• Lead development and standardization of SIOP processes and metrics.
• Drive inventory targets, stocking strategies, and service-level objectives.
• Prepare for SIOP and executive reviews with clear recommendations.
