Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company, based in Racine, Wisconsin, seeks a senior Supply Chain Manager (Vertical SIOP & Supply Chain Strategy) to own end-to-end SIOP for the Data Centers vertical across global sites. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Supply Chain and drives planning across 3–24+ month horizons.

Responsibilities include leading the five-stage SIOP cadence, executive synthesis for leadership, capacity-to-CapEx modeling, and digital enablement with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in global manufacturing supply chain.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end SIOP/IBP cycles.
• Expert in SAPPP/MM/SD and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly 5-stage SIOP cycle for the vertical.
• Synthesize data for executive leadership briefs.
• Model capacity scenarios and CapEx requests.
• Maintain Power BI capacity models and dashboards.
• Establish DOH targets and PFEP across materials.
