Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Global SIOP Process & Operations Leader to orchestrate global end-to-end SIOP cycles, aligning regional demand with manufacturing capacity and procurement strategies. You will drive governance, KPI frameworks, and scenario planning to protect revenue and maximize asset utilization.

The role requires 15+ years in supply chain or operations planning, with 5+ years in senior leadership. Strong change management, executive influence, and global collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (required).
• Master's degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Operations) preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand, supply, inventory, and financial targets in a global context.
• Improve forecast accuracy and reduce inventory while preserving service levels.
• Establish KPIs, governance structures, and escalation frameworks for SIOP.
• Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation across regions and business units.
