RTX is seeking a Senior Manager for SIOP & Demand Planning in Windsor Locks, CT. This role leads global aftermarket demand forecasting, centralizing activities across sites to drive consistency, visibility, and accuracy in the SIOP cycle.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Service, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align demand with operational priorities. The role is onsite in Windsor Locks, with potential for other locations for preferred candidates, and requires

Qualifications

• University degree and 10+ years' experience (or advanced degree with 7+).
• Experience leading demand planning, forecasting, SIOP, or related supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Aftermarket Demand Management process and the monthly SIOP cycle.
• Coordinate with Service Management, Engineering, Parts Planning, Finance, and others.
• Develop forecasting strategies to support dynamic business priorities.
• Monitor Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Demand Stability metrics.
• Lead a team of Demand Management specialists and drive skill development.
• Ensure demand forecast visibility in SAP and related ERP tools.
• Identify and close gaps between Demand and Financial forecasts.
