Collins Aerospace, Windsor Locks, CT, is seeking a Senior Manager for SIOP & Demand Planning to lead global aftermarket demand forecasting and the monthly SIOP cycle. You will centralize forecasting across sites to improve consistency, visibility, and accuracy, aligning with financial goals.

The role requires 10+ years in demand planning or related fields, SAP experience, and a strong track record of cross-functional leadership within a large aerospace environment.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience leading demand planning, forecasting, SIOP, or related supply chain processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global Aftermarket Demand Management process and demand portion of the monthly SIOP cycle, establishing standardized forecasting practices and driving alignment across sites.
• Facilitate Demand Reviews and drive consensus across functions including Service Management, Service Engineering, Parts Planning, Repair Planning, Retrofit Management, Finance, etc.
• Develop and implement statistical and direct forecasting strategies that support a dynamic business environment.
• Monitor metrics including Forecast Accuracy and Bias, Demand Accuracy and Stability, Intake rates, and replacement rates.
• Lead a team of Demand Management specialists and drive collaboration, innovation, and skill development.
