Radwell International is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in Willingboro, NJ to lead forecasting, S&OP, and supply planning across domestic and international operations. You will connect customer demand to inventory decisions, drive service levels, and optimize working capital.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning.
• Experience supporting multi-site/international supply chain operations.
• Experience with AI-enabled forecasting or planning tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable planning recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, historical trends, sales input, and market intelligence.
• Translate forecasts into supply plans and manage replenishment with MRP/DRP methodologies.
• Support monthly S&OP process with reporting, analysis, and planning recommendations.
• Monitor forecast performance and inventory KPIs; drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize service levels and inventory investment.
