Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Warehouse and Manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to read, write, in English.
• Must be able to independently demonstrate basic mathematical computations.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound truck routing logistics and schedule ship dates.
• Manage transportation routing via third-party logistics providers.
• Serve as subject matter expert for parcel shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Process customer orders in SAP: create delivery orders, transfer orders, allocate materials.
• Create Bills of Lading and maintain daily shipment logs.
• Coordinate shipments with motor freight carriers and internal teams.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely shipment details.
• Schedule Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions.
• Ensure timely product delivery with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate production and shipping documentation.
