ServerMonkey.com LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide timely international and domestic freight quotes, schedule shipments, and ensure compliance. You will interface with sales, purchasing, customer service, and carriers to ensure smooth flow of materials.

The role requires 4+ years shipping or freight experience; IT field experience is a plus. A high school diploma is required, with an AA degree preferred. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is expected.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience shipping or freight experience.
• Experience in the IT field a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely international and domestic freight quotes.
• Identify, schedule, and manage cost effective inbound & outbound shipments; handle required paperwork.
• Interface with sales, purchasing, customer service, order management, and transportation providers.
• Process international paperwork for orders; ensure shipments are expedited through customs and are imported/exported in compliance.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, drop shipments, freight auditing, and customs compliance.
• Maintain clean and organized receiving and shipping areas.
