You will obtain quotes, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with ITAR and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong math and communication skills, proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel, and familiarity with UPS/FedEx software.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Solid math skills and strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of UPS and FedEx software is a plus.
• Ability to read and write in English; ITAR compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all logistical details for outbound domestic and international shipments.
• Obtains quotes and selects vendors for freight and forwarding services.
• Coordinates with internal and external contacts on shipments.
• Investigates and resolves customer issues pertaining to shipping or paperwork.
• Prepares and administers documents such as invoices, bills of lading and shipping statements.
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of shipments and packaging for timely deliveries.
• Maintains compliance with ITAR and government regulations.
• Ships material via FedEx and UPS.
• Files freight claims for damaged goods and tracks them weekly.
