Job summary

AMI Metals, Inc. in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound shipments with domestic and international carriers, prepare documents, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

Manages all administrative logistical details for outbound shipments by outside carriers and internal Fleet.
Obtains quotes and selects vendors for freight and forwarding services.
Coordinates with internal and external contacts on shipments.
Investigates and resolves customer issues pertaining to shipping or paperwork.
Examines, prepares and administers documents such as invoices and bills of lading.
