Qualifications

• Minimum four years of stockroom clerk related experience.
• Strong math skills and ability to identify various electronic components (SMT knowledge preferred).
• Experience with the Oracle system.
• Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials from receiving inspection are correctly identified, stored in stockroom locations, and transacted.
• Perform shortage fills for work orders during put-away.
• Comply with FIFO procedures upon receiving materials into the stockroom.
• Pull parts from stock for work orders daily under the kit-pull coordinator.
• Perform daily cycle counts to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Provide stockroom window service, including cage or tape and reel issues, as directed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stockroom environment.
• Utilize the Oracle data entry system to process simple transactions and research discrepancies.
