Miura America Co., LTD is seeking an International Shipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipping between Miura Groups and overseas customers. You will handle ocean, ground, and air shipments, create export documentation, and maintain ERP records to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Requirements include 1–2 years of international shipping experience, proficiency with Netsuite, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years International shipping and compliance experience preferred.
• Previous experience with UPS and FedEx systems.
• Previous experience with Netsuite preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well with multiple cultures.
• Ability to manage time.

Aufgaben

• Process orders for ocean, ground, and air.
• Expedite shipments to customers and Miura Groups.
• Occasionally, process orders for parts by picking, packing, and loading parts for shipment.
• Create export documents, packing lists, bills of lading and all required export documents.
• Process paperwork for overseas HAZMAT shipments.
• Submit production orders and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Allocate stock to orders accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal production to secure parts and on-time fulfillment.
• Support yearly compliance projects and audit requirements.
• Coordinate freight and crating quotes; schedule crating for overseas shipments.
• Maintain ERP records with shipment data and dates.
• Communicate deadlines and ship dates to shipping teams.
• Maintain organized export and audit documentation.
• Analyze stock needs of international partners and advise supervisor.
• Participate in meetings with Miura Groups for forecasting and shipments.
• Support Logistics team inquiries and order acknowledgments.
• Perform monthly inventory and maintain inventory records.
• Perform Daily 5S in assigned work areas.
• Perform related duties as required.
• Follow all safety requirements and PPE policies.
