Job summary

Miura is seeking an International Shipping Coordinator to manage exporting and importing routing of finished goods and spare parts, coordinating with sister companies and overseas customers in a full-time, in-office role. You will create export documents, manage ERP waves, and ensure on-time shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.

• 1–2 years international shipping and compliance experience preferred.
• Previous experience with UPS and FedEx systems.
• Experience with Netsuite preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well with multiple cultures.
• Ability to manage time.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact to Miura Groups and coordinat e international shipments.
• Process orders for ocean, ground, and air shipments.
• Create export documents, packing lists, bills of lading, and required papers.
• Maintain ERP data, generate monthly reports, and track inventory.
• Coordinate freight quotes and scheduling for overseas shipments.
• Ensure compliance and support audits and safety requirements.
• Communicate deadlines, ship dates, and status updates via ERP and email.
• Assist with receiving transactions and inventory adjustments.
