Job summary

Rehlko Company is seeking a Director of Global Shared Services to lead end-to-end finance and HR shared services, including payroll for a manufacturing workforce. The role requires strategic leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR.

You will drive automation efforts, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and partner with IT on system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in IT, finance, or HR within global shared services.
• Knowledge of RPA technologies and SAP R/3 experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers end-to-end Global Shared Services operations (Hire to Retire, O2C, P2P, R2R).
• Leads global payroll for hourly, union, shift-based, and salaried staff.
• Partners with IT on system enhancements impacting SSC.
• Drives process automation and continuous improvement.
