Cooper Machinery Services is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to lead our HR Shared Services across benefits, payroll, and HRIS. You will partner with executives to drive strategic service delivery, vendor management, and data analytics to support employees and leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR shared services across benefits/payroll/hris.
• Experience managing global or multi-country payroll and benefits operations.
• Experience leading system implementations or consolidations (UKG/ADP/Workday).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets across benefits, payroll, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Own design, administration, and continuous improvement of global benefits programs and compliance.
• Lead payroll processing for employees globally, including multi-state and international payrolls.
• Own HRIS systems (UKG, ADP, Workday), data integrity, and reporting; drive modernization and consolidation.
