Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise Global HR Shared Services strategy and governance.
Own and improve the global HR service delivery model and employee experience.
Develop and lead Global HR Shared Services teams across multiple functions.
Ensure SLAs, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction across services.
Lead HR technology strategy, workflow optimization, and data governance.
Communicate performance, risks, and progress to HR and executives.
