Rubrik seeks a strategic leader to own the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), driving end-to-end lifecycle, governance, and global collaboration to scale partner excellence and compliance. The role reports to the VP, Global Professional Services and partners with PS Leaders, Rubrik University, and Services Engineering.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in PS partner programs, strong executive presence, and experience building scalable enablement for a global services

Competenze

• 7–10 years of direct PS partner program development experience.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across GSI, MSP, SI and global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; practical equivalent welcomed.

Mansioni

• Lead the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) lifecycle.
• Governance: enforce participation requirements and standards for service delivery.
• Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering.
• Work with GSI, MSP, and SI partners to develop scalable partner tracks.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and program evolution.
