Job summary

Peak Technologies in Sunset Corners, FL seeks an Global Services Product and Offering Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the company's global services portfolio, including repair, onsite, and managed services. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Product to ensure offerings are competitive and scalable.

This role focuses on monetization, pricing, go-to-market strategies, and continuous portfolio optimization to drive revenue, margins, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Strong understanding of services lifecycle and value creation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end services portfolio strategy and lifecycle, including repair, professional onsite, and managed services.
• Drive services revenue growth, profitability, and pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Define customer and market needs through voice-of-customer research, competitive analysis, and market studies.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and commercial frameworks for sales and partner enablement.
• Lead new services introduction and portfolio optimization to focus on high-value offerings.
• Ensure delivery alignment with operations and field teams, supported by processes, capacity, SLAs, and tooling.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, product, and regional teams to enable commercialization.
• Monitor performance with metrics and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
