Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading global payroll, mobility, immigration, relocation, or shared services operations.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and developing leaders.
• Knowledge of global payroll compliance, international mobility, immigration, tax, and employment regulations.
• Experience leading transformation, automation, and service delivery improvements.
• Strong vendor management of payroll, relocation, immigration, and tax providers.
• Ability to build partnerships across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax and leadership.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational leadership.
• Ability to drive controls and audit-ready operations.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to support global teams.
