This role reports to the senior HR leadership and partners with Finance, Legal, Tax, and external providers to ensure compliant, scalable programs. The leader will drive strategy, governance, and operational excellence while balancing global consistency with local compliance, including process improvements and technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global payroll and mobility operations.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of global payroll compliance, international mobility, immigration, tax, and employment regulations.
• Experience leading operational transformation, process automation, and service delivery improvements.
• Strong vendor management experience with payroll, relocation, immigration, and tax providers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and business leadership teams.
