Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Program Manager to shape mobility and immigration programs across regions. You will advise senior leaders, design scalable solutions, and connect teams to deploy talent where needed while balancing compliance, cost and employee experience.

You will influence international expansion, workforce planning and cross-border deployments, leading end-to-end initiatives and modernizing processes for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Approx. 5 years of global mobility/immigration experience preferred.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management, analytical, and change management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear policies and operating models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance global mobility strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Advise senior leaders on mobility, workforce planning and international expansion.
• Direct domestic and international mobility and relocation programs.
• Oversee immigration governance to maintain work authorization and risk control.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from strategy through governance.
• Drive program modernization via process improvement and automation.
• Partner with leaders, Legal and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Guide complex mobility matters including executive relocations and country expansion.
• Own mobility budgets, forecasting, vendor spend, and cost governance.
