• 15+ years of progressive experience in professional/advisory services, consulting, or real estate services; senior leadership with P&L ownership is required.
• Strong knowledge of relevant real estate asset classes (retail, F&B, office, hospitality, entertainment, residential).
• Demonstrated track record in growing a services or consulting business line, including revenue growth and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Services business line growth, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Lead engagements and provide advisory leadership; manage high-level client relationships.
• Drive business development and lead generation; refine collateral and pitch materials.
