Jamestown seeks a Head of Services to lead its global Services business line, shaping growth, profitability, and execution. You will own engagements, manage key client relationships, and partner with senior leadership to optimize pipeline, resources, onboarding, and reporting.

You will drive business development, refine collateral, oversee pitches and RFPs, and ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and client-facing materials while coordinating across regions.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in professional/advisory services or real estate services.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L or business-line ownership.
• Direct CRE experience preferred (advisory, asset/property management, development).
• Proven track record of growing a services/consulting business line.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Services business line and profitability, strategy, and execution.
• Oversee execution of engagements; provide leadership and ensure project continuity.
• Lead generation strategy and refine sales collateral; manage pitches and RFPs.
• Strengthen internal operations: pipeline, resource allocation, onboarding, and reporting.
• Develop consistent onboarding procedures and ensure stakeholder reporting.
