• Experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of IT asset management, configuration management, and service management best practices.
• Experience integrating systems and automating business processes across enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a customer-focused mindset.
• Commitment to building scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform including App Engine.
• Design and optimize workflows, automations, business rules, scripts, notifications, and UIs to streamline processes.
• Lead and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM) ensuring compliance and license optimization.
• Maintain and evolve the CMDB with data quality, governance, and service mapping.
• Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and scalability through testing and upgrades.
• Partner with stakeholders to design scalable IT solutions aligned with ITIL practices.
