The role involves designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions. Remote or onsite work is possible, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience required.
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, HCLS, Workplace Service Delivery or related modules.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and system configurations; recommend and implement ServiceNow best practice solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from client stakeholders.
• Configure, implement, test, and support ServiceNow applications and modules based on project requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, catalogs, reports, dashboards, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with client teams to design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Apply technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues and defects.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide guidance and best practice recommendations to clients and project team members.
