Job summary

Nordic is expanding its ServiceNow practice and seeks experienced ServiceNow Consultants for upcoming engagements. You will evaluate processes, gather requirements, configure modules, and support testing and delivery across ITSM and related areas.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential. Candidates with CSA certification and 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, plus familiarity with Agile methods, will excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience supporting ITSM, ITOM, or related modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes and design ServiceNow solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate into configurations and modules.
• Configure, implement, test, and support ServiceNow applications.
• Develop workflows, catalogs, reports, and integrations.
• Collaborate with client teams and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and best practices.
