Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, or business leadership experience (or 13+ years with advanced degree).
• 10+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Global Service & Repair leadership and translate strategy into financial priorities.
• Lead transformation of finance processes with standardization, automation, analytics, and AI across regions.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and provide executive-ready insights.
• Improve revenue, margin, pricing, cost-to-serve, and overall profitability.
• Strengthen data quality, reporting, governance, and controls with trusted data sources.
• Influence and align stakeholders across a global matrix.
• Build and lead a high-performing global finance team.
