Job summary

You will lead FP&A cycles, close, forecast, and long-range planning, partnering with operations, commercial teams, and regional finance to translate inputs into actionable insights and drive financial performance.

You will design scalable reporting, dashboards, and controls, own performance metrics, and provide executive-ready analyses to shape decisions in a fast-growing, regulated global business.

Qualifications

• Experience owning planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for a complex business
• Advanced financial modeling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations
• Experience with embed AI-enabled analysis, automation, and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Own and drive FP&A calendar including monthly close, forecast, AOP, and LRP
• Consolidate and analyze financial results across regions and functions; identify performance drivers and risks
• Influence decisions with revenue, pricing, costs, and margins forecasts; run scenario analyses
• Lead evaluations of investments and transformation initiatives to align with strategic objectives
• Deliver executive insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Design scalable reporting templates, dashboards, and controls to improve transparency and efficiency
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, challenging assumptions and driving alignment
• Lead ad hoc analyses and strategic projects to unlock growth and profitability
• Develop standardized KPIs and financial tools for visibility and performance management
