Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of accounting or finance experience OR Master's degree and 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
• Experience developing and interpreting financial analyses, business performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a large organization.
• MBA or CPA designation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting annual operating plans, forecasts, strategic planning, and performance reporting.
• Analyze financial results, business trends, variances, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decision-making.
• Prepare consolidated financial analyses, executive reporting packages, and presentations for Finance leadership.
• Support annual planning, long-range planning, forecasting, month-end close, and quarterly reporting processes.
• Monitor and report KPIs and provide recommendations based on financial performance trends.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, and business teams to improve planning and reporting processes.
• Validate, maintain, and improve financial data, reporting tools, and analytical processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead or support special projects focused on process improvement, reporting automation, and financial insights.
