Job summary

Accuray Incorporated, a leader in radiotherapy systems, seeks a senior finance leader for Global Service & Solutions. You will own the financial roadmap, drive forecasting, and partner with service and commercial teams to optimize pricing and profitability worldwide.

You will develop profitability analytics, manage working capital levers, and influence regional and global strategies to expand margins while supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance with a focus on revenue management or commercial finance.
• Proficiency in Power BI or advanced data visualization tools that foster reporting automation.
• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, ROI, NPV, IRR.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with significant past P&L responsibility.
• Exceptional communication skills; experience presenting financial information.
• Team player with ability to lead and influence beyond direct reports.
• Proactive, with initiative and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device, life sciences, healthcare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic, working finance leader for Accuray's Global Service & Solutions business, owning the financial roadmap behind three pillars.
• Lead and execute financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the global service organization.
• Partner with Service and Commercial leaders to develop customer-centric service offerings and pricing strategies.
• Develop regional and global profitability analytics; expose contract-level economics and margins.
• Drive service margin expansion via analysis of cost drivers including service delivery and parts utilization.
• Build the financial case for installed base growth initiatives and model revenue/margin trajectories.
• Collaborate to optimize inventory strategy, field service productivity, and global support infrastructure.
• Own the Global Service performance cadence; tie metrics to margin or growth (KPIs, uptime, etc.).
• Lead financial evaluation of strategic initiatives, business cases, and investments with senior leaders.
• Deliver data-driven insights, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting for quarterly updates.
