Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline preferred.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in service operations, field service, operations, or related function.
• Experience managing complex service operations using operational and financial KPIs.
• Strong analytical, business, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured continuous-improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Service Operations strategy aligned with company, business, and customer priorities.
• Establish the operating model, processes, governance, and performance expectations for scalable service execution.
• Translate forecasts and roadmaps into service capacity and plans.
• Drive alignment across service organizations, regions, and cross-functional partners.
• Define and monitor service KPIs and reporting; identify risks and improvements.
• Lead installation and startup oversight and improve installation effectiveness.
• Manage workforce planning, budgeting, and cost management.
