Responsibilities

• Oversees resource allocation and manage cross functional teams' involvement with customer.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, to JCI and customer management.
• Communicate daily with customers and internal teams for all work.
• Maintains strong customer relationships and ensures satisfaction.
• Identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies and resolves issues.
• Ensure full compliance between JCI and customers by the contract.
• Manage project financials, billing corrections, AR spreadsheets, open call spreadsheets and all documentation.
