Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field and 10+ years in service or related discipline.
• 5+ years of people management experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with service contracts, field service, and lifecycle services.
• Proven ability to drive commercial growth through pricing, attachments, and renewals.
• Strong financial acumen and cost-to-serve analysis capabilities.
• Experience leveraging CRM and BI data to inform decisions.
• Experience developing and commercializing service offerings and revenue growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global service growth strategy and commercial roadmap.
• Own global service solutions portfolio including pricing, commercialization, lifecycle management.
• Lead NPD and LEx processes ensuring launch readiness.
• Drive growth via service attachment, renewals, and installed base monetization.
• Lead reporting through KPI governance, dashboards, and analytics.
• Develop new service offerings and recurring revenue models.
• Lead global team across Service, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
