Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher company, is seeking a Senior Segment Marketing Manager to lead Biopharma segment strategy and brand development. This fully remote role reports to the head of Biopharma product marketing within the Global Strategic Marketing team.

You will own external expert networks, content strategy, and commercial enablement, driving global campaigns and performance metrics while collaborating with Digital and Commercial Marketing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategic/segment marketing or related life sciences roles.
• Experience in Biopharma market and customer workflows.
• Experience with Voice of Customer programs, advisory boards, and market research.
• Proven go‑to‑market strategy development and global sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define priority customer groups, workflows, applications, market opportunities, value propositions, and routes to growth.
• Build Biopharma segment narrative and align campaigns and thought leadership programs.
• Develop and activate external expert networks and advisory collaborations.
• Enable commercial teams with assets, messaging, training, and tools to improve conversion.
• Lead global, cross‑functional GTM programs from opportunity definition to scale‑up.
