Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Segment Marketing Manager for Biopharma. You will own global GTM strategy, build segment narratives, and drive external expert networks within the Global Strategic Marketing team. This fully remote role includes global travel to enable commercial teams and campaigns.

Lead content development, value messaging, and cross-geography programs to advance Biopharma workflows, biologics, and bioprocessing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Bioprocessing, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategic marketing, segment marketing, or related roles in life sciences.
• Experience in Biopharma market and associated customer workflows, applications and buying processes.
• Experience developing customer insight programs, including VOC research and advisory boards.
• Proven success in global B2B GTM, value propositions, content strategies, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own global Biopharma segment GTM strategy and priority customer groups.
• Define workflows, applications, market opportunities, value propositions; translate insights into strategic choices.
• Build the Biopharma brand and segment narratives; activate campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Develop external expert networks and advisory activities aligned with growth opportunities.
• Enable commercial teams with content, stories, tools, and discovery questions to improve conversions.
• Lead global commercialization programs from opportunity to adoption and scale, with measurable outcomes.
