Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Service Marketing & Product Management to shape the global service growth strategy and drive profitability through service offerings, pricing, and lifecycle management.

You will lead a global team across Service, Sales, Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Finance and Operations, own the commercial portfolio, and partner with NPD/LEx, while travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in service, aftermarket, or commercial strategy.
• 5+ years of experience managing employees in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global service growth strategy and commercial roadmap.
• Own global service portfolio, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Lead NPD and LEx processes incorporating serviceability and VOC.
• Drive growth via service attachment, renewals, and installed base monetization.
• Lead KPI governance, analytics, dashboards, and problem solving.
• Develop and commercialize new service offerings and recurring revenue.
