Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in machine building or field service; or another similar role.
• Must be able to travel within the US and internationally.
• Familiarity with FANUC robots is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel 80% or more to customer facilities domestically and internationally.
• Set clearances between moving and stationary parts.
• Align machines and equipment using precision tools.
• Assemble, install, and configure complex machinery per specs and customer requirements.
• Mark and drill mounting holes; modify components as needed to achieve proper fit and function.
• Diagnose issues and replace defective parts promptly.
• Safely dismantle machines for repair and relocation, then reassemble to factory standards.
• Attach moving parts and subassemblies to basic assembly units with proper alignment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
• Communicate professionally with customers, provide updates, technical guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records including work performed and parts used.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50lbs.
