Job summary

FANUC America Corporation is hiring an Associate Field Service Engineer to perform on-site repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of FANUC robots and related equipment. The role requires extensive travel, often on short notice, and a strong service mindset to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications include an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience, plus 2+ years in robotics service or installation. Travel up to 80% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• The candidate has an associate degree or equivalent hands-on robotics experience.
• Experience with robotics integration, installation, or service repairs.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot robot operations and system equipment.
• Travel to customer sites and provide on-site support and reporting.
• Document performance, failures, and corrective actions for service records.
• Coordinate with service supervision and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide after-hours support on a rotating pager schedule.
