Job summary

Path Robotics seeks a Global Supply Manager (Sensing) in Columbus, Ohio to lead sensing hardware sourcing, supplier management, and component strategy. You’ll drive RFQs, cost modeling, and supplier performance from prototype through mass production, partnering with engineering, operations, and finance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decisions, and ensuring on-time supply and quality while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware/manufacturing
• 2+ years in optical sensor experience or related field
• Experience driving RFQs, cost analyses, and negotiations across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Source and align suppliers to meet specs, quality, cost, and delivery goals
• Review manufacturing proposals for quality, testing, and reliability
• Lead internal validation processes from RFQ to mass production
• Ensure supplier capacity and on-time supply against forecasts
• Manage POs, invoicing, and supplier onboarding changes
• Negotiate contracts (MSA, SOWs) and handle compliance docs
• Drive component strategy, including cost, multi-sourcing, and market trends
