Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead supplier strategy, RFQs, contracts, and component sourcing for hardware and manufacturing. You will align internal requirements across engineering, operations, and finance, drive on-time supply, and push for cost improvements.

You bring 5+ years in supply chain, experience sourcing electromechanical components through NPI to production, and strong knowledge of DFM and incoterms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware/manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical or industrial components from prototype through mass production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Align internal requirements to source suppliers and services at desired specs, cost and quality.
• DFM support: Review supplier proposals for fabrication and testing to ensure top quality components.
• Program management: Lead validation across engineering, production, deployment, and mass production.
• Supply: Monitor supplier capacity and on-time delivery to meet forecasts.
• Procurement: Manage POs and invoicing and onboarding changes.
• Contracts and documentation: Negotiate MSAs/SOWs and ensure compliance.
• Component strategy: Align cross-functional teams on sourcing strategy and market trends.
