Figure is seeking a Global Supply Manager for EE & Semiconductors to lead sourcing for core components and materials, overseeing supplier qualification, AVL ownership, and end-to-end supplier lifecycle to support our humanoid robotics platform.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and NPI, negotiate long-term agreements, drive should-cost improvements, and monitor market dynamics to ensure resilient, cost-effective supply chains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global sourcing or commodity management, specifically with semiconductor or complex EE components.
• BS in Engineering (EE preferred), Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• Deep technical knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem and experience in NPI environments.
• Proven track record negotiating long-term Master Purchase Agreements with Tier 1 global suppliers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global sourcing strategy for essential components and materials.
• Create and manage a semiconductor technology roadmap aligned with product architecture and supplier innovations.
• Own AVL and lead the full supplier lifecycle from identification to performance evaluation.
• Negotiate long-term supply agreements and strategic supply arrangements for high-priority materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and NPI teams to synchronize sourcing with development and production timelines.
• Monitor market intelligence: pricing trends, lead times, and tech advancements in silicon/electronics.
• Lead BOM scrubs to identify EOL risks, single-source vulnerabilities, and bottlenecks before design freeze.
• Influence design decisions for cost, performance, and supply-chain resilience.
• Own the Should-Cost modeling process to drive Total Cost of Ownership reductions through negotiation and value engineering.
• Identify vulnerabilities in EE supply chain and implement risk mitigation and continuity strategies.
• Negotiate MPAs, quality agreements, and SOWs with favorable terms and pricing.
• Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics and conduct periodic business reviews.
• Travel to supplier sites to drive cost reductions and supplier development.
