Job summary

Jabil is a global leader in engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across multiple groups. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

The role emphasizes executive searches, stakeholder management, and strong client relationships, with focus on process improvements and delivering high-quality hires at speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in HR, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting with 3+ years executive/senior leadership recruiting experience.
• Candidates must be heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates, attracting highly qualified candidates, moving them through our talent acquisition process.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
• Manage presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
