Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across multiple locations, partnering with hiring managers to fill senior roles. You will drive sourcing, interviewing, and closing while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in full lifecycle and executive recruiting, excellent communication, and a proven ability to work across fast-paced, multi-location teams within a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with preferred HR/Communications background.
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting including executive/senior leadership roles.
• Candidates must be heavily networked with knowledge of leading search practices and full lifecycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit passive candidates and attract top talent to fill roles across multiple locations.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed company and role information.
• Build and maintain networks through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
