Job summary

Jabil is seeking a proactive recruiter to support exempt and non-exempt hiring across the company. You will partner with managers to identify needs, craft ads, and manage the interview process to attract top candidates.

The role includes coordinating visa issues, negotiating salaries and relocation, and building a network of agency partners to source qualified applicants while ensuring federal and state employment-law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 2–5 years recruiting experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify recruiting needs with managers to define required qualifications.
• Develop ad text and placement strategy for advertising in newspapers, journals, and online sites.
• Know and understand the plant and campus strategic directions.
• Coordinate and drive procedures to resolve visa issues for potential employees.
• Develop and share best practice internet recruiting techniques with colleagues.
• Negotiate salary and relocation offers for win-win outcomes.
• Coordinate relocation arrangements in line with relocation policies.
• Develop and maintain network of agency contacts to source candidates.
• Assist in developing information on facilities and job opportunities for candidates.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements.
• Coordinate travel for interviewing or relocation as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting and metrics management.
• Identify and implement new recruiting practices and processes.
